I ordered two triple scoops through Uber Eats, one as a sundae. I selected Strawberry Cheesecake, Icing on the Cake, and Cotton Candy but received three scoops of plain Strawberry instead. For the sundae, I chose Oreo Cookies and Cream, Made with Snickers, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, topped with hot fudge, peanut butter topping, and cookie dough pieces. Instead, I got three scoops of Oreo Cookies and Cream with just a drop or two of chocolate syrup. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Typically, businesses will call if they're out of an item so you can make changes, but with Uber Eats, you only find out when it arrives, making it too late to cancel or substitute. It seems th...
Nice people, however, this place rarely has any flavors. Today I drove by and asked for a vanilla ice cream and they didn?t even have vanilla. It baffles me how an ice cream shop doesn?t have the most basic flavor! They also never seem to have donuts instock or banana splits. Very annoying. Something the service is terrible because the workers can?t hear what people are saying.I understand if they need an order to be repeated once or twice, but five?? No...that?s just pushing it. Best to try your luckat another Baskin Robbins location.
I ordered a cake for my son's birthday with a Major League Baseball theme. When I picked it up, I noticed that the MLB team was incorrect and informed the manager. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and told me that nothing could be done because the cakes are made offsite. I asked if I could choose a cake from the freezer, but she said those were two weeks old. The manager then contacted the owner, who suggested giving me a refund and throwing the cake away. The manager's final advice was to find another place for a cake.
This place wasn?t all that great to begin with now they are even worse. I?ve been twice over the past couple of months and they always seem to be out of everything. They can?t make any of the menu items. I end asking for a chocolate shake and they chargeme 6 dollars, hand me a cup of cold melted Ice cream and say ?sorry our ice cream is like soup?. Guess it?s Brusters for now on.Let this place die.
