When the older gentleman heard that I was unhappy with how the order turned out, he offered me only some candles as a form of resolution. Given that the cake cost over $30, I felt that a refund or at least a partial refund would have been more appropriate.
A few days earlier, I tried to place my order to ensure they had enough time to prepare it correctly. Unfortunately, Natalie, who was supposed to be taking orders, had her back turned to me while cleaning scoops instead of checking on customers. When I finally got her attention and asked to place my order, the whole process felt disorganized. We ended up standing at the counter to place the order, even though there were tables available....
Yesterday, I went in a few minutes before closing. I was greeted with the girl rolling her eyes. You definitely can tell she was bothered that I walked in before closing. As I ordered my first scoop and my partner was looking for her choice. The girl was aggressively saying, anything else repeatedly. Mind you I work 11 hours and I was happy to be able too make it before closing. She killed my experience. I will never return over the poor customer service she gave us.
The facade may look cute and smell sweet, but the crew could just be the opposite. The petite lady seemed to be on autopilot, with her mind somewhere else. The tall and big-boned one appeared to have migraines and snappiness written all over. Not sure if they had some unpleasant surprises over Father's Day or were just having a bad hair day!
Save your money and visit a different Baskin Robbins. The serving size here is much smaller compared to the others. For $5, you get the tiniest scoop of ice cream that you could literally finish in one bite. What a waste!

I really enjoy that place where they make a variety of cakes and ice cream, perfect for helping people stay cool during the hot summer days.
Owner is awful, stereotypes people and makes you feel unwelcome. Avoid this location don’t give him your service
Very mean employee when I went in, they’re also ver stingy with the scoops. Don’t like them
Not cheap, but worth the tasty ice cream and fast friendly service.
