Our waiter was fantastic and the entire staff was very attentive. We appreciated the little touches, such as being helped with tying on lobster bibs and provided with gloves for peeling shrimp and lobster tails without getting messy hands. They even gave us warmed wet wipes to clean up any mess. A garbage pail was also placed on the table for convenience. We recommend peeling all the shells off and putting them back in the bag with the sauce of your choice to enhance the flavor, as the food was a bit bland otherwise. The calamari was a bit chewy, but overall we would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The experience at this restaurant was fantastic from start to finish. The appetizers, drinks, and service were all outstanding. It was our first time dining here as a family, and we all agreed that we would definitely be back with our other relatives. The server was helpful in guiding us through the menu, making sure we were aware of portion sizes (particularly with the fried oyster basket), which we appreciated. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. We were pleasantly surprised when our server tied on our seafood bibs for us, ensuring they were secure and properly fitted.
I was visiting the area for showing one of my clients a home for sale..Being that it’s dinner time we decided to order some seafood food to go.. So we could eat while we discuss the properties we viewed..May took the order, she was extremely pleasant and polite..It took like 25 minutes for the order to be completed..The restaurant is clean, they have a great dine in area and a huge bar..They also cater for parties.. Good location, I guess the prices are good for post Covid standards.I’d recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!May thanks for being a good hostess, I appreciate your kindness
I've been coming to Ben's Crab for quite a few years now. Since the beginning, I've always loved the vibe and ambiance. It's great for a date night or just hanging out to watch a game. The food is really good and the drinks are the right kind of strong. The music that's played makes you feel like you're in a club sometimes. If you're into seafood, I highly recommend checking this place out. There's a few locations, but I usually go to the one near Nassua College.

The food was delicious! My family went there today and we had a bunch of food. I had the lobster mac n' cheese and it was the best I've had from anywhere so far. Others had the fried lobster basket, very unique and delicious. The hush puppies and shrimp basket were also very good. The server was super friendly and funny. I definitely recommend this place for good reasonably priced food.
Went on a Tuesday and it was a very nice place. Went for my birthday and the food came very fast and we very delicious. The seafood was very fresh especially the raw oysters. The Kobe burgers were cooked very well. The waiter was great and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend ?
This is an incredible seafood boil restaurant. The food was delicious and the combo deals are definitely worth it. I tried the King crab shrimp combo with added sausage, and it was so satisfying. I will definitely be returning for more.
