Lovely location but have to say very crowded and not enough staff so service also not great. I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich, which I sent back as to me it didn't look cooked... Informed it was, as temperature was to specification and asked if I wanted something else or what I originally ordered. I said I would try it, imagine my surprise when I got the sandwich I ordered (5 minutes had gone by), should have made another one!! My friend ordered bacon and egg sandwich and she wasn't very impressed as bacon was very fatty. We also had a cake, which was ok. Rather expensive for what we got. Hi just back from a short stay in Stratford-upon-Avon just across the road from Shakespeare’s birthplace it’s a lovely little Caffe Come restaurant called Bensons it is a wonderful little place and they do the best breakfast ever have been there quite a few times when we have stayed this time at the standard breakfast for £7.50 it was absolutely lovely sausage and bacon with perfect and the expert decline you must go there one day I can guarantee it is good they also do some very great lunches and evening meals
Visited yesterday (on my 50th! late lunchtime and the place was only a quarter full. Tables hadn’t been cleared and it was obvious they are understaffed. Lovely, friendly staff they just need more! Only had toasted tea cake, Baileys hot chocolate along with my free mince pie. Will visit again as it is a fab little cafe so really hope they get more stuff soon. But toilets need a good scrub and perhaps gloves should be worn when making the food.
Having breakfast can be risky, especially for us picky eaters who cherish rare weekend breakfasts. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this gem without any prior knowledge. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Both of us ordered breakfasts of varying sizes, and they were honestly some of the best we've ever had. We will definitely be returning next time we visit Stratford. Highly recommended! - Gonk and Moody.

Probably the best fry up I’ve had in years. We both had the large breakfast and I can honestly say, it’s cooked fresh and was not greasy and I can’t remember a better fry up. My wife ate all of hers which she never does. The staff were all amazing too which always helps. We told the lady how good it was and she wasn’t surprised but appreciated our comments. Will definitely come here again once in the area.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is a great value for the money. The full breakfast and bacon and eggs we had were very tasty and some of the best we have had in a long time.
This Tea room is great is all i can say, i came here each wednesday of december from 9am 11am they made me and my family at home and treated us with the absolute best service i can imgine.
Fantastic cafe, cozy, traditional, lots of character. Both had cooked breakfast, very tasty, just what was needed on a very cold December morning. Very friendly, will definitely be back.

I cannot fault this breakfast every part was delicious, Food came out quick and the staff were very attentive, lovely location and very reasonably priced I shall return.
The breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic! We all enjoyed our meals, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt and perfect.
