We've loved and gone to Bertucci's all over the country for many many years and have always loved their fare but I have to say whether it's the inflationary spending of the government or the policies of giving money to people so that they don't have to work whatever it is there's not enough people to run the stores properly and that reflects in the hour plus wait that we had even after placing a reservation weeks in advance. It was an important anniversary date with relatives from all over the country attending and if it wasn't that we would have walked out within the first 20 minutes of waiting It's an absolute shame and it needs to change otherwise we will not be going back

Wow … $30 for a simple lunch. This used to be around $12 as I remember the lunch specials. Ordered the Sporkie from the lunch menu … received the full size Sporkie. Too much food for lunch … was told about a new system and the old lunch items disappeared. Interesting … same day received an email from Bertucci’s touting some chef specials and the lunch menu with the Sporkie. Bertucci’s is at risk of pricing itself out of the market. They should also get their menu server act together.

I understand it's covid and we were the only people in the restaurant for lunch. They put us in the bar area at a booth, and the waitress COMPLETELY forgot we were there. I finally went looking for her to get the check and see what seated at a booth rolling silverware into napkins, doing sidework and forgot all about us. Granted, it was quiet, since we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food what pretty typical fare, nothing exciting.

wonderful staff. friendly, attentive. my grandson had a pizza for children. my wife is a flatbread. both of them were very good. I had a chicken Caesar salad. while it was delicious, there was not much to him for $16 for lunch. I felt it was a bad thing. overall, I would go back and order something else.
