Overall the food was very good. My Caesar salad needed more dressing. Food came out piping hot. Large portions so we have dinner for tonight. Service was a little slow, not our servers fault. They had her working in two different sections. The music was much louder than usual. Bertucci’s is a nice “neighborhood restaurant “.
Inexperienced staff and understaffed. Salads never came and when we next saw our waiter he said there had been a problem with the computer system and they didn't know which entrees were going where. Then we found out after 40 minutes nothing had been cooked. We walked out. Will not return to this location.
service was really not so good. hostess, who sat on our table, had to check us and after the knowledge that no one took care of us, went to find a server. after the order we had to ask three different people whether we would get the rolls for which bertucci is famous. the food was as expected.
Always good food. The waitress messed up our order, but it was fine. We were supposed to get two pizzas, but only one came out. It turns out we were full anyway. We did have to repeat the order 3 times to her. It was all good in the end. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
we had a good idea, it was worth it, not a bad pizza cake, very thin we like. I felt bad that it was so empty. I enjoy a great place to sit with her family and enjoy a pizza.
Terrible experience in every way. Food was bland. Service was no existent. Staff outside of restaurant drinking beer from the tailgate of a SUV.
Had to wait 15 minutes for a bottle wine then 30 minutes for dinner. I had alfredo and the sauce was bland. Service was poor.
