Bertucci's Timonium

We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive. The pizza was delicious with a nice crust, great flavor, a variety of toppings, and cooked perfectly. The drink options were also good, with a nice selection of wine and beer. Both chicken dishes (piccata and parmigiana) were flavorful and came in generous portions. However, the lasagna had too much cheese and sauce since it lacked meat inside. The main dishes took a bit longer to come out, but we didn't mind as we weren't in a rush and wanted to savor our dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant dinner and enjoyed our time at the restaurant.

Our selected dishes were poorly executed and savorless. The ingredients on my brick oven pizza were unevenly distributed and the crust on one side was severely burnt. The pasta noodles that layered the top of the Mac-n-Cheese were not only under cooked, but scorched by high flames or heat, as well. And, some of our chicken wings were still covered with feathers. Maybe, the cook was having an off day. But, their wait staff were amazing! They were attentive, friendly, and personable!

Very disappointed! The salad was comprised of the parts that most people throw away. We watched as the pizza sat on the counter for 15 minutes, and when we told the waitress, she promised that they would bake a new one. However, in plain view, the cook just threw it back in the oven, so what we got for our money was leftovers. And then, half the pizza had almost no ingredients, and was full of pop-up bubbles. A shame, this place used to be wonderful, but now, we won't be back.

Food was burnt twice and when sent back was told fryer was set at 400F, which was irrelevant since the temperature could stay the same, but cooked for less time. Server never removed dirty dishes during meal. However, manager did promptly remove the burnt items from the bill. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We were pleased with the quality and preparation of our food. Our server, Dwayne, was very attentive and stopped by our table often to make sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to make our meal an enjoyable experience.

The overall experience was decent. We were not warmly greeted upon arrival, but the server was very friendly. The meal was average and to add to the experience, there was a bird flying inside the restaurant.

I really enjoy their pizza. The one I had recently was made with a thin crust, light tomato sauce, several cheeses, prosciutto, arugula, and drizzled with balsamic. It was perfect.

Food was ok, not as good as pictures on the menu. Kid’s menu showed baked Mac and cheese but came unbaked and a soupy mess. Not as good as last time I was there a few years ago. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything but the pizzas and the meatballs. Everything else was dry and way over cooked. I think the wings we ordered were the worst I’ve ever had.

Improved and attentive service. Food quality has always been great.
