I have visited this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed their excellent wings and other menu items. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing during my most recent visit. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, but there were more onions than meat on the sandwich despite requesting no onions. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of salt or seasoning on the sandwich, which was unacceptable. Not only was the food subpar, but the restaurant could also use a thorough cleaning. I will not be returning to this location and will find another BSB's to dine at in the future.
easily the best wings in the area. with that being said, the newer staff over the course of this year simply doesn't prepare the food as well as previous staff. for someone who patronizes this location weekly/bi-weekly, i've been disappointed with my order the last 5-6 times i've ordered here. i have no complaints with prices going up due to supply chain issues, however i'm simply going to a different location moving forward.
I would ask for a refund but I doubt I’d see the money this place is horrible! They don’t read the notes ! The only thing right on my order was my kids food ! Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it way to pricey for the nasty food they give you
Despite some negative reviews, I decided to try the garlic butter parmesan and Steel City wings at this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were delicious! I will certainly be ordering wings from here again in the future. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I gave a 2 because it was ready when I arrived. Bread cracked indicating staleness, barely cooked, bland, and couldn't tell if any dressing was on it. First time ordering because Luciano's line kept ringing. Now I know why...
I wish i could leave a negative review!!! Ordered 6 wings and a hoagie, over 30 bucks for a 6 inch sandwich and 6 tiny wings with no seasoning, I'll never order from them again!!!! What a rip off!!!!!
the two men went beyond their work. they let me test all the flavors of dry rub and wet rub for their wings. they even helped me carry my shrub to my car.
