We started off by being seated by hostess just to wait 15 minutes for our server who failed to reappear during my visit. We were instead served by thier General Manager John Akillian. Speaking of thier manager during my time here he or no servers ever came to check up on me or offer a refill of my water. I finished my meal and yet nobody came to check on me to see if I wanted a refill or not while John continued to entertain the booths beside me. Although we made a reservation through OT, we checked in on time and had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated in a booth we requested on reservation. The booth seats were dirty, which we asked to be cleaned and left wet to sit on. We had to use our fabric napkin to dry. The server gave good service. One menu was soaked inside which server replaced for us. Steaks were ordered according to the menu guide but my 14 oz NY steak was returned for being overcooked and the 8oz filet was cooked correctly. The food, excellent. I do miss 8oz choices for some steaks on the menu. So many 12oz 'ers, you may as well plan on some home-refrigerated steak the next day. I 'm a senior and grrreatly appreciate email offers, but I 'm trying to get used to the app. Special offers make this restaurant more affordable for me, so I especially like that there 's always an offer every week and every visit. The only downside that I observe in using the app is that, if you come with a friend and one check is written, the points go to one person. We ordered two medium rare prime rib dinners. After waiting for over half hour, they came beyond well done. We told the waitress and she told us that is all what they have left. She did ask if we want to get something else. We said no since we didn't want other people to wait for another 30 minutes. We also ordered the salmon and it was also overcooked. After finishing the main course, we have to wait 15 minutes for desert. The mountain fudge cake was good!

Yesterday me and my family went to dinner at 5:45 p.m. and didn't get out of there until 7:00 p.m. service was horrible we got our food and it was cold I do not recommend this place at all just horrible?? when we finally did get our food we asked for to go box they couldn't even get the drinks right we waited 40 minutes for a drink NEVER AGAIN ?
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The service was pleasant. However, I wasn't happy with the table we were assigned; it was half booth and half table. I had asked for a proper table and chairs but ended up settling for what was provided. I won't make that mistake again.
I always have a great experience at this restaurant. Our service was outstanding—Nina R (#1017) was polite, kind, and made sure to check on us frequently, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to answer all my questions.
I had my first lobster there. I haven’t found a lobster as good as your restaurant….so far. Parking: We had no problem finding parking. It was dinner time also. 6-7 pm.

My mistake for ordering delivery. This looks as if it was tossed on a hot stove for a few seconds, then flipped, and called done.
Drink took 45mins to the table and the food had been under the heating lamp about the same amount of time...horrible service
