We have never had any problems with anything. The fillet, Lobster tails, Sautee mushrooms, prime rib, EVERYTHING so delicious. The servers are always so nice helpful, so friendly with happy personalities !! We have NEVER been disappointed !!!! We have gone to other Black Angus 's, when we were out of our area, again, we have never been disappointed. One other thing that I might mention, they often advertise Specials , which we are always happy about go for the special, wonderful dinners. First time visit. It started great. We got our drinks, appetizer and then waitress took our orders. Once we got our food we noticed 2 of the steak sandwich plates were made incorrectly. We told our waitress of the issues. She took the plates away responded with rude remarks. She came back with still incorrect orders and walked away without asking us if the orders were correct this time. Which they were Not. Had to wait until she came back out to speak with her. She claimed That is how you ordered them Which we didn 't. Finally we got the Correct orders and never did she apologize once. It was a very disappointing family Birthday dinner and we will not be back.
We have been coming to this restaurant for about 15 years. We have never been dissatisfied with the food but the last few times, we have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service. We went in last night for dinner and decided that would be the last time for us. My husband ordered a rib eye steak that was thin and beige looking. It was also dry and flavorless. I ordered the twin lobster tails and for $37 I would have thought they would have been larger than a jumbo shrimp. The quality of the food is not worth the price. We are surrounded by great restaurants near this location and will now be taking our business elsewhere.
Most of us had the grilled shrimp and lobster tails. I really enjoyed the asparagus that came as a side dish as well as the sampler appetizer. The deep fried zucchini that was included with the sampler was a bit oily and I personally didn’t care for the breading. The strawberry lemon drop drink was good. The overall service was also good but they were a bit slow when clearing the empty dishes so we had to move them aside which made our table crowded.

We both ordered the Ribeye, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly marbled! However, our server wasn't very attentive; she tended to vanish for some time and seemed a bit disorganized. Nevertheless, the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the Wagon Wheel appetizer, the steak soup, and of course, the Ribeye steak. For dessert, the mud pie is definitely my favorite!
The service here was much better than our local branch of BA. The food quality was just as good. The server was both friendly and efficient, and she made sure to keep my glass filled, which is important for me since I need to drink liquids with certain foods. Additionally, the timing of our food's arrival was spot on.
I enjoyed the Sirloin steak and baked potato very much. The meal came with a Wedge salad which was very delicious. Richard was my competent and courteous server. He made my dining experience very memorable. Richard was friendly and made me laugh.
Such a good place for steak. Lots of options. I love that you can reserve ahead of time. Our server Richard was excellent. Great sense humor and just efficient and made our dinner that much better
