Today February 9 at 5:33 we order ice caramel blondie and we ask for extra sweet and we drink and we fix but the drink still bitter whoever that girl gray flannel and blonde should get fired and they need to go to the kitchen. She doesn’t know how to make good coffee. Y’all need to put her to something else like washing stuff. Outrageous 0 star.
Wow if u feel like being completely devalued for not being lazy and going inside verse sitting in your car well this is the spot..Seriously they cleared every person in drive thru before even working on a simple americano ..I've gotta wonder if it's more Dutch brother priority or process or what seriously disappointed...
I tried going in and getting coffee at 6:50 because the drive-thru line was around the building and the door was locked. This happens quite a bit and it's a little ridiculous. And if you're going to do it for safety issues then you need to have a walk-up window besides the drive thru line.

My favorite coffee spot! The quality of service can be inconsistent, but I generally look forward to visiting every day, and I haven’t had any negative experiences.
Really love black rock coffee. This particular location has a pretty slow drive thru. Even with a second person out in the line. I tend to go in for my coffee :
Was .02 cents short for my coffee and the lady refused to make an exception even tho I come here every single morning. Sad world we live in...
