Best I've ever had. This is the best Turkish I've had period. The main difference here compared to the others is how fresh the ingredients are. The pita was no only better than the others I've tried in canberra, but I think it is a class above the rest. The bread ain't thick like others and substandard intredients rather tasty thin bread with lots of quality ingredients all grown locally as I was told. So yummy. The chicken kebab isn't salty like the other takeaway I used to love just near the lake, but so tasty and again the ingredients seem high quality as I can taste everything. fantastic. eat big, much better than the Turkish edgy, especially from chains. the zucchini buffers were the freshest I had since eating in the turkey. we had the plage, meat lovers pasture, lamb kebab, zucchini puffs and falafel. highly recommended.
Seriously great value, lovely food and excellent service. We've had the black rock banquet for two twice now and both times it has been excellent. Definitely a local hero.
My god this is amazing! I'm very picky about my dining and rarely go to a place twice in a quest to seek that perfect meal. But returning to this restaurant is a no brainer

I'm intrigued re the good reviews as our delivery was very ordinary and the pide very oily. Maybe just a bad night? Not sure I'm willing to try again...
