"Well, cleanliness comes to mind. This visit left me with a less-than-stellar impression. The carpet needed a good cleaning, the table I was at felt somewhat sticky, and the menu was greasy with food residue (quite unappetizing!). Additionally, my coffee cup had an odd film in it that hadn’t been cleaned above the halfway mark, leaving the coffee tasting unpleasant.
