Bob's Seafood Market

Bob's Seafood is a very casual seafood joint. There are maybe 4 tables availablefor seating. I had an order of steamers/clams and an order of mussels. The mussels were the best I've ever had!!! The steamers were excellent too. I would highly recommend eating dinner here OR getting take-out. You can also buy all kinds of uncooked seafood here for a VERY REASONABLE price. We ordered a dozen of crabs and shrimps and I have to share my true disappointment with my experience.... the crabs were not seasoned adequately and the service was less than appealing.You would think after spending almost $100 on great food per the reviews, we would 've eaten more than 2.My son had the fish chips and the fish had so much oil.

For some reason, during all my past visits, my food was excellent. However, this last time, the soft shell crabs I ordered were overcooked, had very little meat, and were a darker brown, possibly due to old grease. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
