I had heard about this place for a long time, so maybe I was just expecting a little too much from it. The food was alright, but I definitely didn't feel like it deserved the amount of praise it gets. The borounds? Tatertots/hashbrown things were amazing, and the glazed cinnamon roll type thing was pretty good too, but I tried a few other things and they were all just OK. One thing that really disappointed me was that there apparently was no spicy option for the chicken, or anything else for that matter? I?ve seen two cockroaches inside and some ants. Ever since Fidel left, the service and my experience at this location has been terrible. I have received the wrong order, missing stuff from my order. Most of the employees here are rude and look like they don?t even want to be there. Fidel was always kind and helpful. Since Fidel left I have been there a total of 3 times. Once, I received someone else?s order, another time one of the employees threw a bunch of sauces in my dads face, and the other time they employee at the drive thru was super rude and gave me cold food.
This is one of the cleanest and newest Bojangles I've been to in a while. It wasn't very busy when we visited around lunchtime, but it was open to the public. The customer service representative was very attentive and understood our order well. I was thrilled to see that the sweet potato turnover is back on the menu after being gone for about a year. I give this Bojangles a 9 out of 10. We will definitely be returning.
An 8 PC ordered. Tailgate with potatoes and engraving, claws and a big engraving on the side. I got 8 PC chickens, a big dizzy that was stone cold, a small severity with half of it spilled on my Cole Slav, and no side of great gravity. I said hello to the boy who grabbed my bag and everything he did was a dirty look. I hate to say it, but I think he messed up my order for what I was. It won't go back!

We arrived at the restaurant just before closing time, around 10:30pm. Despite being behind in orders, we received our food after a 15-minute wait and it was fresh and hot. The chicken supreme tenders were very tasty, especially since they substituted biscuits with a double portion. While not the healthiest option, it definitely satisfied our hunger.
Worst bojangles I?ve been to. Always an issue. So glad they built the one on walnut. Always out of food. Waiting 30 plus minutes for chicken. Slow staff. Order a 3 piece dark and get a wing and a breast with a thigh.

They have such good service! I am a new driver, and a little bit of an idiot. The employee working the drive through window, Griffin, was so patient with me. I really appreciate it!
