I walked in to a clean dining room with other customers spread throughout enjoying their meals and talking. I went to the counter to order my food to dine in and some takeout for the family. The lady who took my order repeated everything correctly to the back. Poor thing was running all over the place busy doing 4 or 5 jobs at a time, but she was doing a great job! When she got my large order ready, I was going to ask for a larger bag to put everything in, but she read my mind and handed me one before I could ask! I wish I got her name, but she did an awesome job multi-tasking, keeping her cool and being super nice. She needs a raise! The food was all perfect and tasted great! Very happy wit...
I appreciate the hard work that the almost food service workers have. it is often grateful and people are sometimes idiots, no matter what they do. but not all. can they please put the biscuits and the bo rounds in the pocket? and when the next customer comes: put the keks and the bo rounds in the pocket. (don't forget the bo rounds next customer: put the cookies and the -they guess it bo round in the pocket. Watch out for you. work hard. do your best. if they do this dinge, hard work, they put the Bo-rounds in the pocket, they could move, notice and go far. so please, put the Bo-rounds with the keks and good things will come to them one day. peace. and remember it can not be bo time without...
We became trapped in the drive-through line and ended up being forced to wait almost an hour. We got to the front and said screw it lets order food.We checked our order after being handed it at the window being told that was everything we ordered. The employee watched us pull out our food, laughed, and almost immediately stopped us and told us WHAT part of our order was not complete so we had to sit and wait even longer.Never coming to this location again. I tried reaching out to file a complaint with corporate but that will probably do absolutely nothing.FYI, the menu is limited and only apparently serving bo-rounds and fries. No other sides.
for a worst crushed soggy steak sandwich ever the best I could eat a few bites was my meal in the ground fries and a limonade. You hate your life and your work, but why do I have to pay for it? and they made me and the customers wait all five seconds to repent for us, ever coming on the journey thru, so forget her!

Tim in the drive true was so nice! Even though we had to wait a bit of time, he apologized for the wait and updated us on our food saying it was almost ready. We love this Bojangles and will continue to come to this one because of the great customer service and delicious food!
The drive-thru line at this Bojangles is always long and takes a pretty long time to get through; however, their food is certainly worth the wait. Add on to this a friendly drive thru staff and it is a great bojangles to come to, assuming you are not in a hurry.
I was shocked bojangles is better then popeyes, KFC no Match. Bojangles better in biscuits, flavor of chicken, fries on point and the sweet tea wow. Used to only eat popeyes. And KFC is better over seas. But dang bojangles got my money now...
Always fresh hot food and never given anything less. My go to spot for the family when I dont care to cook and will allow fried food. Which is about 2 times a month. Miss them using real eggs now they want to poor eggs. ?

I ordered a 3 piece meal and it was pretty fast. Eating was just kind of warm and not hot and chicken was not crispy.
