Some of the staff can be outright hostile. They consistently leave out items then get upset when you ask them to give you the entire order. The morning manager recently yelled at me for not knowing the difference between a Bo Sandwich fried chicken) the chicken sandwich grilled).They leave the food under a warmer rarely make it fresh. If you ask for it to be made fresh, you get a nasty glare.
Went thru the drive thru, of course. Sat for 5 minutes for them to take my order, and the only thing they got right was the drink. Asked for the 3 piece dark combo with mashed potaoes and slaw. Went through the drive-thru and the employee was wonderful. I haven't been to Bojangels very much lately. She was very helpful and sweet. I wish I could remember her name. She is why you got a 5 stars.
Biscuits were hard as bricks probably two days old they supposed to be fresh they need to throw away old food and not trying make money on old food the manager is not doing there job keeping things in
