I would gladly drive 15 minutes out of my way to visit another Bojangles because the biscuits at this location just don't taste the same. It's been like this for the past year. They really need to train their staff properly. We enjoy Bojangles regularly, so I'm hoping Richfield can improve.
Terrible experience. The chicken was old and dry, as if it had been cooked the day before and then refried. I won't be coming back again. The only redeeming quality was the biscuit, which was the best thing in the meal. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The staff here was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful and patiently took care of me, even as I made several changes to my order without any complaints.
