What can I say the staff can not do enough for you. I wanted to try something new and explained to the waiter what I was looking for and he advised both myself and my partner what to try and we were not disappointed the...food was to die for so many flavours I was in food heaven. We didn't have to wait long for our courses and we didn't have to sit and look at our dirty plates which is my pet hate. My family and I have had take aways so far and the curries with the exception of the chicken tikka masala were bland. Quite disappointing. The naans are very nice though. There are no complementary chutneys or poppadoms. The salad is in a little...plastic bag, not very appetising. The raita was just plain yoghurt with a few slices of cucumber. Could definitely be improved. So, despite it being the local Indian we are not rushing to get another take away.
We have just visited this restaurant for the first time and found it to have lively vibrant atmosphere,very good service,extensive menu with several dishes i have not sampled before.I went for a chicken muglai dish which was very good .all the meals our party ordered...were very good with service to match.Give it a go.
Ordered a takeaway this evening after several months as last time it was delivered hours later thank promised. Thought we would give it another try, which Iwish i'd have bought one from supermarket. Popadoms not fresh, pickle try watered down. Curry rice and nan...bread tasteless. Don't bother waisting your money,
Would not recommend the food, my Tikka Masala has no vegetables (not even onions It just tasted like passata. My hubbys garlic garlic chicken had no flavour. The garlic naan was dry and had little taste. This used to be our favourite curry house! Will...not be ordering from there again.
Arrived cold, trays were only half full, asked for refund and told someone would bring it, that was days ago ! Had very upset stomach from only a few bites. Never ordering again, really dissapointed.
The curry was watery and had no flavour at all, rice was over done and chips were soggy. The naan bread might be enough to feed a small child if your lucky. Dont waste your money
Takeaway meal was most disappointing: two main meal dishes ordered both were bland curry containers heavy on sauce and light on meat four pieces in each. Not what it used to be.
First visit was highly recommended it didn’t disappoint food was excellent , friendly service will certainly use again.
