Set an online order and when I arrived the doors were locked. It was well past their posted opening hours. The door says they open at 11 a.m. after 12 a.m. Numerous other people came and the same deal. The kicker? There was an employee in a simple view who stared the window at all the events and just stood there. So let's get this straight. This company pays their employees to keep the doors locked and are there fluctuating their thumbs all day? There's something wrong. And if they do not go to open the store, at least have the power to close the online order so that people do not pay for something they do? ll never receive! I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order through GrubHub. Kept receiving text messages stating the order was going to be a couple minutes late. TWO hours later and we are STILL waiting. I called the restaurant and they were absolutely no help. The fact that I was told that I shouldn?t of ordered from an app and should?ve ordered from them directly was a smack in the face. I asked for a small refund or discount and all the manager kept saying was things happen. I will NEVER order from this location again. $70 is not cheap and to have to wait two hours and not be informed or given the option to cancel my order.
It seemed to be just a person working on this place. I ordered crabs and called when I was there. Three times. The phone ringed about 20 times, then it was a busy signal. I went in to get my lockdown and was informed that they didn't have what I ordered. I ordered something else, had to remind him of the pages I ordered, although he looked at the entrance. Barely murmured apology, no discount or comp. Scratch Boston Market your list.
Customer service is always top. Welcomed with smiling faces that you feel welcome and light. The chicken on the bone with framed spinach and vegetable stuffing is always my go.
