Restaurant choisi un peu par hasard suite aux intempéries ce dimanche. Nous appréhendions un peu car nous devions fêter l’anniversaire de notre amie et n’étions pas moins de 10. Une belle découverte. De très bon plat que ce soit les pâtes au homard,le risotto aux fruits de mer, les noix de st Jacques, le thon mi-cuit ou la pluma de cerdo. Juste un petit bémol pour les couteaux du risotto très sableux et caoutchouteux, je remplacerai sans aucun doute par de la seiche plus goûteuse . We came last Wednesday evening with my partner and a friend and we had a most pleasant time. We felt pampered by a caring team that seemed united (which is rare enough to be noted), the oysters were succulent (according to my friends) as were the dishes! I took one of the vegetarian options and I enjoyed myself which is very rare, the dish (the gnocchi) was really well thought out and is very delicious, the drinks (cocktails and kir) were also very good, even the bread served was excellent! We live in Hyères and will come back as soon as possible!
In my opinion the best address in the port, excellence is there in every way. The owners and employees are very pleasant and like to share their love for their work, which they never neglect. Local or exceptional products make it a garden of Eden for your palate and an idyll for your stomach. Nothing better than this place to illustrate these flavors and appreciate the Mediterranean climate as well as the atmosphere brought by this flowery harmony of qualities. Not to be missed
