After looking for a restaurant with a map that does not contain only beef (5 or 6 restaurants in the center of parthenay almost offered the same map, to my great confusion. ..), we fell on this brewery that put on the menu other than beef side (even if it proposes however). Tired of looking through the whole center, we entered the place. Simple, sober and tasteful deco. Anyway, we don't go back to a brewery to get an irreproachable deco. The service is good, a little slow at the beginning but after more sustained (the lady is alone to manage reception, room and outdoor service, iced desserts and drinks), with the smile. Chosen aperos: cocktails philia, in other words rum-jus of pineapple. 4€...
We have eaten here three of four times since it became La Philia (used to be the Kinito) and found their 19€50 menu to be excellent value for money with three choices including a copious house salad with mushrooms, cheese and ham, seafood or somehting else and three good choices for the main and dessert. However, on our most recent visit we were disappointed to discover that the menu has been re-vamped and there is no longer a three course set menu like this:unless you want steak you have to choose each item "à la carte" which puts the price up considerably. However, I must make a particular mention of the "Café Gourmand" (dessert sampler with coffee) which was one of the best I've ever had.

I'd say: restaurant brewery. Very pleasant room, well-appointed terrace fresh, from home kitchen, very reasonable waiting times. There is a choice in the menus the parts are very honorable. Very competitive prices. The perfect service, smile and omnipresent attentions.
Came across this charming restaurant by chance and weren't disappointed. Best moules frites we have had for a long time. Nice decor, efficient service and the other diner's food looked very good and well presented
nice frame, I took a rognon of whole veal poelé with tagliatelles, small flat it lacked a little heat for the dish, cooking the perfect rognon rosé tagliatelle al dente,brasserie very friendly, to advise
This restaurant is located in the city where I work and where I live. So I go there either in business meals or with family and every time I am happy with the dishes offered and the service of quality.

very well received by the boss. I recommend fried mussels roquefort sauce that are a delight. small restaurant I recommend to spend a night without a head start. Have a redo!
