for a meal with friends we decided to inaugurate this brewery. we were not disappointed, our table reserved a very friendly waitress, the choice to the entrance buffet, the choice for dishes, cheese and dessert. during our coming as dishes we had, toulouse sausage, caen-style tripes, roasted chicken, oseille-sauce wing, . for euros meal and wine included with the possibility to reserve .cette brewery is held by the renowned caterative chollet. Somehow I wouldn't call it a restaurant, it's more like a canteen, but better. The food is excellent local cuisine. All help to choose with a range of appetizers, choose four main dishes, cheese and desserts galore. As a self-service you can choose exactly what is right for you. Actually we come here quite often and it is on the cattle market so if you can see the animals on a Tuesdsy or Wednesday (the day of the cattle market).
