It may be another eight years before we come back!! Our first visit eight years ago was not good--both of our meals were not good and the chicken was tough plus our kids did not enjoy their meals so we haven 't been back. In February, a friend mentioned how much they liked Bravo so we visited in March and had a good experience. However, not today! My mother-in-law had recommended Bravo for her Mother 's Day lunch. Not good!! Our waitress was pleasant, but she gave me my salad stating, This doesn 't have cucumbers . Unfortunately, it did and wasn 't noticed immediately because there were two pieces of chicken on top of the salad, and the cucumbers were smaller than pea size. I noticed the cuc...
Amazing food and killer service! The assistant manager Samantha needs to be running this place, between her wonderful staff that always knocks it out of the park, we come weekly if not multiple times a week for the happy hour she is always running around, cooking food, behind the bar, talking to tables i don’t know how she does it all but wow! You can see she takes pride in her job and it trickles down to her staff! We’ve never had less than a fantastic time! Rafael was our sever last night and he was 10/10 will ask for his section again!
Server seemed like he had the entire restaurant. Tables. The bar. A giant group of 30+ people in the side room. Always rushed. Water glasses weee empty before the meal, never filled until we asked a manager long after our food was done. Our son didn't like his pasta, so we asked to have a small salad made for him was charged for a full adult portion. Manager checked on us a couple of times, but the entire meal was extremely disjointed. No apology. No explanation. No adjustment made to the bill. Not a good experience.
We had time for an early lunch before an appt. It was approx 11:45 a.m. We stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone noticed us. There were only 3 tables with patrons. It was not busy. We were there for lunch today. The service and the food weren’t bad, but somebody had wiped the table down, but it was still disgustingly sticky.
Ordered calamari and found it tough and chewy. Also, they got rid of DirectTV, so don't have any TV playing at the bar. Bartender was good.
