There is a lot of potential for this restaurant with the right owner, but my first and last visit was disappointing. I had high expectations, but the bagels were only average and they are delivered every morning. The owner was working alone and the atmosphere was not welcoming - it felt more like a stockroom than a cafe. The dining room was cluttered and lacked a cohesive feel. The presence of a "back the blue" flag was off-putting. With the right management, this place could be fantastic, but there are two other excellent cafes nearby that are doing things right. The iced coffee was awful. It felt like a total rip-off because they didn't include the extra espresso shot I paid for. We received two completely different drinks with two different flavors, both tasting watered down with no actual flavor. It seemed like she deliberately deceived us. To make matters worse, she was rude. I predict this place won't last long. The coffee tasted like someone blended a compost bin and added ice. It was truly terrible.
A very cute place, small but cozy. The pastries look great, but the Bagels that I had, were SO thick, and fat without much of a center hole. In my opinion, too much dough, and flavour is not true to New York Deli standard (boiled baked) Looked more like a hamburger bun, than a bagel. Pricing: V. Good Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Went out of our way to visit here to support local business and get a decent coffee and bagel to go. Ordered a couple of toasted bagels. Those were good. The woman taking our order seemed annoyed. Coffee drink was ok, tea drink not so good, lacked taste. Next time, we'll just stop at DD down the street.

Bagels are good and generally like their flavored cream cheeses. The iced coffee is super watered down and inconsistent flavors. I have not had a great or even good coffee here yet. The manager/owner is not friendly at all. I feel like I'm bothering her spending money in her store.
Bagels were good. The iced drinks we got were so watered down, they tasted the same. For those prices you'd expect more.
