WE went to celebrate my Birthday with my husband and three kids above age 13. the place had no waiting and many tables open but yet they walked us all way in the back, in a corner where noboby else was. it was a sun room at night, viewing the highway and bridge. If we didnt want to stay around people we would have stayed home. My kids are older and behave great when we go out but we all felt like we had some kinda inf. deseases and we had to be isolated when all the other tables where open. Will never go back! worst Birthday outing ever.
I made an Open Table reservation at this restaurant but when I checked in the host had no knowledge of how to check me in with Open Table. I asked the restaurant manager as well and he was clueless. I sent an email to Open Table when I got home but have not yet received any reply. This was the second time this happened to me at this Friday's. I am most disappointed in Open Table for not responding to my email. I have been an Open Table subscriber for perhaps 20 years.
It was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had booking with Open Table. The hostess refused to seat us at our reserved time and made us wait an hour. She said she didn’t know how to check the reservations and therefor weren’t valid. She refused to find the manager for me when requested. Disappointed overall.
They don’t take open table reservations. Even though it’s on her I showed the lady and the front and she said they don’t use opentable.. someone needs to straighten this out so it doesn’t happen to more people Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Fridays has made a major comeback. For a chain, the food and atmosphere has actually improved. Their ribs are great! A few years ago you wouldn't want to go here, now it's actually very good.
Has really gone downhill. Food mediocre at best. Burgers overcooked. Service not great, took forever to get food. There are many other options than Fridays now that are better and less .
