There's nothing children love more than pizza so we decided to have dinner here after seeing a movie nearby at Paragon. The restaurant is located within the Parkside plaza across from the theater.The service here is excellent. My rating is favorable in terms of the service here. The staff is welcoming and courteous. I recently dined at Brixx Pizza at Parkside in Cary and had a mixed experience. From the outset, our visit was marred by a less-than-pleasant encounter with the hostess. It seemed we interrupted her phone time, as she greeted us with a noticeably bad attitude. Throughout our meal, she was really pushy in the way she asked for our plates while we were still eating, which made the experience uncomfortable. my friend and I had a great lunch in brixx. that was our first visit here and we were thrilled. our service was great and the food was served quickly. they have a great selection of menu options from vegan to meat lovers. I ordered the chicken florentine pizza with half a zeasarsalat. my friend ordered a whole meat pizza, but the prosciutto gave a unique taste that we enjoyed (I just had to try to enjoy a piece of his) with many rest for dinner. The pizza was good, we ordered the Sweet Thai Chicken pizza it was very nice. The chicken Alfredo was a bit of disappointing. The noodles were very over cooked and the sauce was bland. The garlic rosemary wing were very good but the real star was the Honey Habanero Wings! They had a fantastic flavor with just enough heat to make you rethink your life choices. There were several of us and we ordered a variety so we could share. There is still more to try so we will do it again but the Honey Habanero wings will definitely be on every order we make.

HAIR IN MY PIZZA Ordered a couple of pizzas for a girls night this summer and I was SO happy to have some dairy free pizza!! The pizza was amazing we had the 3 mushroom with arugula, chicken and onion, and I forget the other one but there was a hair in the arugula one for that…2 starsI live all the way in maine so my local pizza shops think vegan cheese is a “sin” so I was sad that my dairy free pizza experience was diminished by someone not wearing a hairnet!
the first time in brixx and we really enjoyed it! the broth sticks are great. they taste just like the pizza dough, the superduper is delicious. we have the bbq chicken pizza, hawaiian and margharita. my man did not like how the hawaiian prosciutto used instead of ham. the BBQ chicken was the favorite of our family. it wasn't busy during lunchtime, which was nice since we had our two young children with us. service was also great.
Places mess up. All of them. The real question is what do they do about it. This place handled it perfectly. They quickly made my daughter another pizza. And the manager went out of his way to apologize and act on his own to make it right. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service. And the good is great!
Ordered 4 different pizzas based on the high reviews of this place. This was the worst pizza we've ever had. Bland, tasteless, with a soggy/chewy crust. They were all undercooked. The cheese wasn't even melted all the way. Legit tastes like frozen pizza.
