Don 't go here. If you like poor customer service, then this place is for you. First, the curbside pick-up did not work because of a malfunction in their app. My husband had to go into the store to get the order. When we got home, we realized that the store forgot to give us an item (onion chive cream cheese tub). My husband called the store and told them of the error. He was given two options by the assistant store manager which was to come back to the store for the item or come back to the store and swipe his card for a refund without receiving the item. He was told that an in-store credit for a future order was not an option nor was a refund through the app an option. With these limited o...
The store forgot to put my onion chive cream cheese tub in my bag and when I called back to get a credit or refund for that, they said they couldn't do it without me coming in and either getting the product or scanning my card for a refund on the cream cheese tub. I told them that I was too far out as I was heading to my appointment. I pulled over and called the customer service number and it referred me to email. I called back and told the assistant manager that I would come back to the store only if I got the cream cheese tub and a refund as compensation for driving all the way back to the store from where I was at (gas is high now). I genuinely believe this place struggles with getting orders correct. I've been enjoying their bagels for the past year, and while they always taste great, I frequently encounter issues with my orders. For instance, I requested a roasted everything bagel but received a plain one instead. On another occasion, I asked for an egg and cheese bagel and ended up with a bacon, egg, and cheese instead. I don't understand why it's so challenging for the staff to get these orders right, but it's definitely impacted my experience negatively.
I love Bruegger made my 20 minutes drive for a few Bagel Sanwases. Line was as long as Usaul, but moved. Placed my order of 2 Bagel sanwases it repeated a few times to make sure everything was done right. Gentlemen said he would have gone to the cashier at this point and paid. I have both Bagel's missing items home. (Egg on the one hand, no sausage or extra bacon on the other) very annoyed as I paid extra for this article on my sand, and now I only have a few pieces of bacon and a piece of chies on a bagel... I went to Bruegger?s for the first time today, and was pleasantly surprised that there was a small, fast-moving line (not bad for a Saturday morning). I ordered the Smoked Salmon Bagel. It was GREAT! The bagel was perfect, and even more importantly, the salmon was fresh. I?m in the area just about every other weekend, and plan to be back for more deliciousness. Thanks Bruegger?s!
Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Lost of different varieties of bagels. Ordered the smoked salmon with cream cheese and it was delicious. The coffee is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place.
Ash and her team are doing a fantastic job. I look forward to my sesame bagel with honey walnut and all the delicious bagels, along with a great cup of coffee in the morning.
