Went there Sunday ordered ahead online showed up and still waited almost an hour. Still didn’t get my food I had to leave as I had places to be. Many people were waiting and some were even told to cancel their online orders and stand in line and order again. I was not able to cancel my order online so I ended up paying $20 for food I never got. Absolutely the worst service ever.
I live nearby so this is the closest Bruegger’s to me. I love treating myself to a breakfast sandwich every once in awhile Bruegger's has always been a fav of mine. This location seems to struggle. The staff has always been very nice but the last couple times I ordered my sandwich, it hasn’t been made correctly. Today my cream cheese was forgotten. That’s the best part!
Sign on the door says pick up orders only and they have the door locked. Ridiculous. Can’t figure out their own staffing apparently in a country where there are a lot of people looking for jobs. No ‘help wanted’ signs posted or anything . Sloppy. Their loss if you have another Bruegger’s location you can go to I’d suggest it.
The cleanliness of this restaurant was horrible. It was extremely unappetizing looking at the counters where they were preparing our food with gross looking rags, and crumbs and dried on cream cheese everywhere. Floors were disgusting. The disrespect the staff has is out of this world. You chose to apply at such store, you chose to take the job. You know that this said job consists of dealing with people all day everyday. The job doesn’t change. Learn some respect. Treat your customers like you want them to come back.
This place is utterly unreliable as far as when it's open and what it's hours are. Always call ahead every single time you ever want to come here.
The food quality has gone downhill after the pandemic. The bagel was so thin, bacon was also paper thin. I won't be back.
