The middle-aged female cashier and the man with glasses were super rude. Today, my wife ordered food through the mobile app and paid at the on-site self-service to pick up the order. After that, my wife informed me of the order number and went to work. When I arrived, I showed the mobile app order to the middle-aged female cashier, but she didn’t even look at it and said she wouldn’t let her take it if she didn’t have the order, saying it was a rule. I was disappointed with the treatment I received from the manager/owner at this restaurant, despite being a loyal customer. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes. My first drink seal broke and leaked milktea into my Togo bag, and after it was replaced, it broke again at my table, causing a mess. Additionally, when I flipped over the honey lemon water to mix it, the sealer broke and spilled the drink on me. I had to repeatedly ask for paper towels to clean up the mess. The food at this restaurant is decent considering it is located in a food court and is reasonably priced. The service was quick, although there were a few people waiting for at least 10 minutes. I tried the beef tripe noodle with fish base soup and bubble waffles. The soup was tasty, but the noodles and meat seemed processed, which is to be expected at a food court. The bubble waffles were okay, but they were not the best considering the restaurant calls itself a bubble waffle cafe. I would recommend trying the rice or noodle bowls instead, as the bubble waffles are only $1.50 extra. Definitely avoid this restaurant at lunch hours! It was too crowded and they made your food using 45 minutes and when you get your food you have no time to eat! And they did not cook food on order so doesn’t matter what’s your order number which is extremely rediculas ! The drink was all spelled out all over the bag when they handed to you! Excessive use of yellow reusable bags rather than using the food trays. I wasn't asked if I wanted a bag. The food was excellent and the service was friendly. The waste sorting area was loaded with yellow bags destined for the landfill.
Waited for my food for almost 40 minutes. Just bought fried squid with rice and a drink. I Asked them where my food is and they just ignored me. Would not buy from them again
