Not very good from service to food. We had to ask for everything from napkins to dipping sauces. Got our own salt shaker from another table as well as a ketchup bottle that actually had ketchup in it. Finally after sitting there for some time we had to ask for our ticket so we could pay and leave. Food was ok but what kind of a bar DOESNT have a blender? No blended margaritas! Are you kidding me? Spend 50 bucks and by a blender. Ridiculous we won't be back sorry to say?
I was very impressed with the service my family received. I had read SO many bad reviews and we didn't experience anything bad. I made reservations for a party of 15 , the spot was set up and ready to go when we arrived. The service was awesome and the servers were great. My son wanted his 13th bday here and wanted to try a few different sauces. The servers had no problem with making sure he got what he wanted. I will be back for sure...
Kinda insane how bad this place is. In a mall location, tons of people there dining, and meanwhile my order has expired celery, missing fries, and no condiments that i ordered were included. This has to be the worst restaurant I've ever ordered from cause none of them have failed this hard to make me feel like i wasted money
Very disappointing, ordered several flavors of wings, had a very funky after taste. The flavors came out mixed up, hot flavors mixed with mild flavors. Became ill and vomitted food up. Service sucked in the middle of making a order and the waitress just walked off! Then when she finally came back she said I already made your order and I told her we didn’t finish the order there is 5 of us and you only let me tell you for 2 and she said fine ok what else you want! Just rude
Good service and wings but the seating needs to be re-done. It's looking worn out with the tears and the smell. Don't forget to get your free nachos when you register for their rewards program.
They got everything but the condiments right. Order two dips for wings and a condiment for the mozzarella sticks, only got condiment for mozzarella. Not a big issue but still tedious

The large fries were small size in a big box, otherwise the wings were all tasty and cooked well
