This place is a joke. Trying to place a to go order here is an utter disaster. I got to the to go section and just stood there for 15 minutes. No employees around and the other customers said they just went to the back/kitchen area and havent seen them. After that I just left. Sad thing is that this is not a single time event, it has happened multiple times where there is nobody at the counter but this was the first I haven't seen anybody there to help.This place is going downhill quality wise and all other reviews seemingly agree on this. I have visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location before, and it seems that each time I come here, there is always something not so great about the experience. On this occasion, I only came because I had a gift card. My wife and I were seated at a table, but we had to clean it ourselves. Despite the place being virtually empty, we were the only ones being seated at that time. The wings we ordered were just okay, a bit dry compared to other places. I'm not sure what makes them award-winning as claimed on the menu. The worst part of the meal was when we received baby carrots instead of the sliced ones we usually enjoy. Had to update my rating. This is now two weeks in a row I have waited over two hours for food once being seated. I had originally left a 2 star rating just because the food is excellent but AMAZING wings can’t make up for how bad the customer service has been. There was ZERO effort put into getting my order right, getting my order put in and brought to me in a timely manner. I ordered my food an hour after I was seated not even getting drinks before then. Then waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes for my order that wasn’t even correct. It was still great food so I have zero complaints for the cooks. First time since Mexico that I enjoyed Buffalo wild wings. Very clean very spacious. I enjoyed the bar and I enjoyed speaking to the bartender who offered me the app to make points and win some free food or prizes. Thank you very much David I appreciate your help thanks for the burger and fries and too tall buds. The entire restaurant is only half full, yet we were told there is still an hour and a half wait. I am here with my two children and it is frustrating that they did not schedule enough waiters, especially on a busy Sunday for a Raiders game. The restaurant is nice, but the seating situation is terrible. It is even more frustrating to see so many empty tables and no one waiting in the lobby. I was also informed that I could not sit in the bar area, as it is reserved for those who have been waiting. I always thought it was first come, first served. Shake my head.
Haven't been to BWW in a while and I probably won't be returning soon. The restaurant was so dirty including the restrooms. The server was friendly but incredibly slow. The place wasn't very pack so I don't understand why it took us so long to be acknowledged. The food was greasy and nothing special. We went cause it was the only place close by that was open late. Sad to say it wasn't a good experience.
Visited this place today with my co workers to celebrate a birthday, for starters the waiter didn’t offer us water, we waited more than an hour to get our food after been seated, once we got our food the fries and wings were cold it just didn’t make any sense because the place wasn’t even busy what’s going on??????
I suggest you stay away from this location. The service was VERY slow (I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for my food) and I have a feeling my waiter forgot my order. They told me later that they only had one chef! The food was nothing special and I don't recommend coming here even if it's just for drinks.

I thought i’d save myself time by ordering online and picking up. Took forever to even come and check for my name and order. goes to the back and over 10 min passes. Get home and my order was wrong. the food taste old, fries were dry. Wedges were missing
