We make it a point to stop at any Buffalo Wild Wings we come across and have visited many, including a regular spot in Toms River. However, this particular location was a bit disappointing. They opened later than their posted time, which seemed to be due to the manager. The bartender was actually eating cereal while taking our order. She was still counting her drawer and stocking the refrigerators while we waited. Maybe she was having a rough shift—hopefully that’s the case. If we’re in the area again, we might give it another chance.
Don't ever, ever, ever order takeout or doordash here. 9/10 times you'll be waiting an extra 10 minutes, they are missing an item/items, they gave you someone elses items, or everything is ice cold. All on top of it being an exorbitant amount of money.My patience has run out for this BWW location after giving them many chances. Do better.
Third time calling for take out and being told there?s no onion rings.. that makes no sense, staff said they usually run out on Sundays. We?re in football season, restaurant should be making sure they order enough if they know that by Sunday they run out.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. We've visited several times and have never had any problems. The portions are generous and satisfying. It’s also a good spot to visit with our kids.
