Terrible. My order was absolutely wrong. I was rushed to get to the store only to be left waiting for 30 minutes for the mistake to be corrected. I just started eating my food on the bench while waiting for my other food to be remade correctly. No napkins or cutlery. I felt like I wasnt a priority at all. The only time a manager bothered to come over was after i finely got my order and was leaving, she approached to ask if she could take the register. 1 star all day long. Do better. I work at a Bdubs!!S M H
I didn’t even want to give them to start a walk in there to servers pass by my table and don’t say anything that will be right with you sorry about the wait nothing. Then all They have on the tables far as menu is the scan bar whatever and the drink menu and then when you try to load the menu on your phone I’ll give you a sandwich. Seriously if you don’t like your job quit because nobody’s going to tip you with that kind of service
I love buffalo wild wings, but the service is terrible. we ordered food. it was accepted to be ready 8:10 clock, we came at 8:11. only half of my order was bagged and it is cold. they also missed 20 wings. So we had to wait a while to eat the already bagged. they are all evil, and after I went there every week, I am done after this trip forever. I'm very disappointed.
really bad customer service, called to make an order and they didn't even let me talk, just told me that they couldn't take my order because they were under occupation, I understand that but a little treat people nice, not just hang the phone in them.

My daughter found a hair on a chicken wing. We advised, the waitress, Bianca. She was really good. She apologized, gave us 4 coupons for free appetizers and wings. She also gave my daughter a free slice of cheesecake. Very good service from her.
This establishment is relatively new, having opened less than a year ago. It stands out as one of the newest stalls and is a significant improvement from the usual Buffalo Wild Wings location.
went to buy gift certificates. purchased $50.00 worth, but was charged a $0.99 execution fee! would have bought this anywhere, but wanted to support the local business. pity for this practice!
It was a brief visit to the restaurant. The only item we tried was the fried chicken tenders, served with a variety of dipping sauces and sides. The tenders were not actually fried.

My husband and I stopped for an early dinner. He ordered 6 parmesan garlic wings with a side of fries, while I had the dirty dubs dead. He complained about his wings.
