Another mistake. This is mistake #4. My family loves the food so we keep going back but man they screw up a lot. Maybe it’s how their system allows them to add or subtract condiments. Ketchup with tomato on one cheese burger and mustard with jalapeños on the other cheeseburger. Got a drop of ketchup on the ketchup and tomato one. Ok fine. I can add some cause I’m taking this home. But the mustard and jalapeño came with giardiniera and ketchup. I mean come on. Last time I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken instead of fried and asked for it to come as is and with the Buffalo sauce and guess what. No Buffalo sauce. I visited last night around 9:30 PM, and I must admit I was quite hungry. Although I didn't catch anyone's names, I want to commend the entire staff for being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I placed my order and took a seat while they were busy winding down for the night and cleaning up. My food arrived quickly, and I enjoyed my meal before heading out. Thank you once again for the staff's kindness and politeness!
They have one manager who is great, the rest are awful.Literally sitting in there an extra fifteen minutes, non peak hours, staring at my sandwich on the counter, waiting for fries?Sandwich is always wrong. Missing items. Or cold.Unacceptable all around. Live across the street, never going back.
I drove thru and my containers were not sealed. I put the bag of food in the floor and when I got home the juice from the had leaked out. The bag broke open and my food ended up in the ground. This is the last time I am going to this location as the last two trips were disappointing.

Fabulous beef the way you like it. Crispy fries and now you can get an original rainbow cone for dessert!What more could you ask for. They also cater parties.Parking: You share the parking lot with Texas Rosd House in Mount Prospect so there is plenty of parking.
I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries but only received the burgers. When I called to complain, they only gave me a $5 credit for the fries. It didn’t change the fact that my dinner was ruined. I feel they should have given me a full credit for the mistake.
Not the least bit impressed. Beef lacking in flavor and meat. Sandwich not even very hot place 3/4 empty on a Saturday night. The cheddar cheese sprinkles on the beef were a joke. Fries hot but just average. Won't be going back.
I tried the Italian sausage. It was good and the cheese fries were great. Pepsi products and an ice cream shop on site.

The service was tasty, quick, and extremely friendly. The selection of food was absolutely delicious!
Beef was nice and tender and flavorful. Roll got soggy too quickly. Rainbow ice cream was amazing!
