terrible. the debt is mainly due to the administration. the amount of time I have seen, a bad minimum wage worker must run the whole restaurant by themselves during a night speed is amazing. either they are extremely underoccupied, or the management simply does not care about their employees. admitted, these experiences were months ago, but the fact that it ever happened is terrible. another bad experience: once I ordered a meal that comes with a koks, they said ok and I moved to the window, it wasn't until after I paid that I said they didn't drink at the moment. Not only koks, but drinks in general. they refused to give me a refund for the drink I paid, and instead told me to ask a certain...
Most pathetic service, for some unknown reason they were not taking the credit cards over the counter, credit card were accepted only on the drive through window. Only cash at the counter. They made me go to the ATM machine for the cash, i was with my kids otherwise I would have not spent a single penny in there. The staff was very courteous, I did go pretty harsh on them but they kept their cool and handled me very professionally. Two thumbs up for them.
Absolutely AWFUL... Customer service AWFUL.... if I wanted to be spoken to like I was in the Hood I would have gone to Newark!!! I've cream machine broken.THEY ONLY ACCEPTED CASH ND MOST MACHINES DO NOT WORK! ICE CREAM ...CREDIT CARD... ETC.MCDONALD'S IS LITERALLY A BLOCK AWAY.... DONT GO HERE!
Always a long wait here they pretty much and honestly bk is no longer affordable . Yes it's not this places fault. But every time we go here on drive through always a wait and we always have to check to make sure we get everything.

(Saturday 7/9/22 130pm) I got home and noticed I was missing a Whopper JR.I called was told to come back. I was greeted with big smiles, my Whopper JR, plus free fries and a free pie.Superb job by the manager on duty!!!
Great place nice people most especially Charles his friendly and the other guy who work with him, the burger is not that warm when they serve it good thing
