Weny to the drive through and was asked to park up while oder was prepared. Fi e, i love fresh food however this was the complete opposite of fast food and was incredibly slow. The girl who eventually bought out our food had never heard of customer service and thrust the food through the window without saying a word then walked off. To make things worse she had forgotten the onion rings so had to go into the restaurant to get them defeating the whole point of the drive through experience. Came here as a family of 4 for a quick tea on the way home. As we walked in the restaurant, the first thing that hit us was how DIRTY it was. The floors were rancid, every single table (and that is no exaggeration) was covered in rubbish and food. Luckily I had anti bac wipes on me so I wiped a table down for us (we had a young child with us who was starving and figured the service would be quick so we didn’t want to spend time going elsewhere at this point. We ordered our food, which took TWENTY FIVE minutes to arrive after chasing it several times! When the food did get out on the tray I noticed it was being pulled from the front of the production bin, suggesting that it had been sat there...
This restaurant was a complete disappointment. The employees were all very young and lacked any kind of customer service. We waited 15 minutes for a couple of burgers, despite there being no other customers in the restaurant. I was very worried about the health and hygiene practices when I saw a staff member emptying old chips from a pack and then putting them back in the fryer to serve again. The young employees were all fooling around in the back, swearing, and one even put his fingers in his mouth before handling food. I will not be returning to this place and I suggest others avoid it at all costs.
Don’t bother going here, awful, awful last Time so don’t know why we went back but thought we would try again, We stood there for about 5 mins and not even acknowledged, servers completely ignored, even if they said we will be with you soon it would have been ok but just to ignore us when we were the only ones in the place apart from delivery drivers, you could hear the staff swearing in the back, can’t comment on the food as we walked out. Probably would have walked out anyway as the place is disgusting. What has happened to Burger King, was always my Son’s favourite but not anymore.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I believe in giving young people opportunities, but the staff here were not good. My burger was served cold, there were no chips included in my whopper meal, and the drink was watery. The coffee was cold as well, and there were no shakes available. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would definitely not come back. The prices were also very high, making it a total waste of money.
Called in with the wife. Bank hol mo day 19.00, ordered 2 burger meals. 15 mins later still waiting I went to the toilet. No exaggeration, it made your eyes sting, the smell was that strong. I went straight to the counter. Asked for my money back. Absolutely disgusting. A food outlet. If that's burger kings standards of cleanliness, I wouldn't ear their food
Double bacon cheese burger didn't resemble anything like the picture. No hot drinks. Self serve Soft drinks machine not working. Soft drinks from behind counter useless, giving out flat fizzy drinks... waste of £16.... would never go again... very poor...
I didn't receive my fries, and when I tried to call to complain, no one answered. The food took 15 minutes to come out, and the overall service at this restaurant is terrible. I would give it 0 stars and wouldn't even feed the food to a dog.

It seriously used to be quicker on match days than it is now; today, I waited over 5 minutes behind The Invisible Man to (not) be served. Oh, well, it's very apparently eons past its prime anyway, just like KFC.
Treats staff awful. Fires people with no explanation but always advertising jobs? Food is rushed to be made and food is often cold when finally given to customers. Sh place to work and Sh place to eat...
