Edit update must have changed management it seems to be a completely different store and staff. very happy with them now. Would not recommend this Burger King go there at 6:30 in the evening and they are playing on phones and worried about drive through I do not drink soda of any sort and always get icy and they could not be bothered to get off their phones particularly the front cashier lynzee and make any iced tea just looked at me and said no we don't have any made I find them very rude and uncaring when they started bagging the food they just left it sit out on the counter for about 3 minutes because they didn't have fries ready so once we got to the table our food was cold as well
Val (per the nametag) or Mariana (per the receipt) was really nice and friendly. The hamburger kids meal was perfect (just the right amount of sesame seeds on the bun per my son) and as ordered with only ketchup. I have feeling burgered out so I tried the Royal Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. I don't really care for brioche buns but I'll have that sandwich again for sure. The swiss, bacon and mayo combo made it exceptional. And, with 50 cent cones for dessert can you go wrong! However, seriously, if you have Coke, Dt Coke and Coke Zero, why not Dt Dr Pepper?!?! Regular Dr Pepper is too syrupy for my tastes these days!
I barely come to Burger King and this will be the last time I ever come back. The lack of service is beyond ridiculous. The intercom wasn’t working and the lady keep asking “Are you alright” I told her I will come inside to order if it’s easier. I went inside and the employees were all laughing and mimicking “are you alright”. Young adults and older adults please do better. It's the second hand embarrassment I felt for all of you thinking this behavior was okay. My son just wanted a burger and you guys made it complicated to order food.
Overall, this restaurant offers excellent takeout lunch options at a reasonable price of $10–20 per person. The food quality is top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service is also exceptional, with attentive staff members. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, earning another 5-star rating.
