Very poor customer service Manager Prince was very unprofessional instead of explaining why we are not able to use coupons in the same transaction got very disrespectful and let us waiting for 2 minutes at the window. After taking the payment and closing the window knowing I was trying tospeak with him. When he came back with our order, I was able to let him know that I was going to write a bad review he said he say he DID NOT CARE care in front of one of the employees working with him he closed the window in our faces for a second time. I ordered 3 Whopper Juniors with cheese and received a strange burger. The bun was completely different from the traditional one, with no sesame seeds and a thick potato bun instead. I was craving a Whopper, not this below average burger that I got. How is this even allowed?

Great location for a fast meal drive-through always helps for parking is available anywhere around the area there’s it’s also convenient to other stores nearby for shopping purposes.
Located on Route 46 East in Little Falls, N. J., it was a quick stop with easy access and fast service. Counter service was used this time, but they also have Drive-Through.
We hadn't dined at BK in quite a while, but the kids really enjoyed it! The nuggets were delicious and the milkshake was great too. The restaurant was also very clean.
