The food was served cold, and the servers confused our order. The dishes were soggy and greasy, and some of the food spilled as the server delivered it to our table. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet the team of four staff members couldn’t manage to provide us with warm, properly prepared meals. Additionally, their attitude was quite snippy. This experience should not be compared to a typical Burgerology visit.
Awful experience! The food was cold and not properly cooked. When I called to express my concerns, the girl who answered mentioned that she frequently hears the same complaint. She even said I was lucky that there wasn't a paper wrapper in my burger. It sounds like she's looking for another job because she can't handle the complaints anymore.
This was an amazing dining experience! The burger was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the fries are the best I've ever had! I also ordered a rainbow cookie milkshake with my combo, which was absolutely delicious and just the right size. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!!!
Paid $22.50 for a burger, regular fries and 16 Oz fountain drink. Beverage options are really limited. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the burgers are fantastic. The service is top-notch; the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and provides excellent recommendations!
The burger, fries, and sauces were all fantastic. Often, this type of food can turn out soggy or greasy, but everything was cooked to perfection!
I visited this restaurant while working in Syosset, and I enjoyed my burger quite a bit. I will likely return in the future.
