Edit October '23: Living in the East Bay and this place is still one of my favorites! I had their homemade Yellow Bean tofu today and it 's amazing. It melts in your mouth. Traveling to the Bay area for the first time, a friend took me walking down the streets of Alameda, where we saw a line out the door of this tiny place. The smells were mouth watering and there was no greeter, just a clipboard with a place to write your name and the number in your party.
