We came on a Monday morning to enjoy our first coffee in Hamburg’s beautiful city center. The female barista was in an incredibly bad mood, constantly told her young very friendly employee off and complaining very loudly about everything that hadn’t been prepared or done at the bar. Every customer around us was totally embarrassed, and when we tried to relax the atmosphere by telling the waiter that our coffee was very tasty, she said to him that he shouldn’t waste time chatting with customers.
