Great place and great food, which is more than I can say for most other places in Ashburn and sterling. The Arugula salad was great. The pizza I have issue with and let me explain: The toppings are very high quality and outstanding. The problem is that they don't cook the pizza nearly enough. When I order pizza I don't want undercooked dough. It is ridiculous. This seems to have been made into a trend among Americans in the last few decades. This pizza needed 5 more minutes at 450 degrees. Unacceptable.
Just tried calling to ask a question before going there for dinner and you have to select Option 3 for questions since Option 1 2 are for Take-out and Catering respectively but you get a message that the voicemail box for Option 3 is full so you can't even talk to a live person to ask a simple question. Never ran into that when calling a restaurant so that is a bit whack. (Check your voicemail and clear your messages and put a live person to answer the phone! . Oy!
we used to live near the sterling location and remembered great eating experiences in cafesano. during a visit in the 4 years later we decided to visit another one. great choice! everything was fabulous from the fresh Lavash chips to the coffee and ice cream with free refills. chicken pesto panini, chicken kebabs, grilled vegetables were all fabulous. Then they were more generous and the prices were appropriate. the staff was friendly and attentive. thank you!
I’ve been here several times and had a good experience each time, both dining in and taking out.For dining in, the food has been good and cooked well, ambience is good, and hasn’t been too crowded. For takeaway, order was accurate and ready when I arrived.My favorites are the falafel sandwich and the pizza arrabbiata

Love this place. Even though it is 40 minutes from me, I love driving to Cafesano. The ambiance and the food never disappoints. Have tried almost half of the menu loved each single one. Never crowded which is another reason why I love this place. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

excellent oven pizza. inviting outdoor terrace. beautiful atmosphere. reasonable prices. friendly and efficient staff, but the staff not familiar enough with inventory to recommend a beer selection. would definitely return.
Great fast casual restaurant for Mediterranean cuisine. Usually kept pretty clean in the seating areas and has an overall nice aesthetic. The food is good quality for the price and staff have always been pleasant!

Food delicious as usual. Made the mistake of going too close to closing but enjoyed our time and our meal anyway. Staff did not rush us so kudos to them. Definitely our go-to for a quick, healthy meal.
Good and Fresh!!! When you have goals! I am pleased with the fresh salad veggies shrimp and chicken. Great to be able to eat out and stay to my eating plan.
