Captain D's - Tisch resevieren

Customer service at the drive thru window was excellent, but the food was not. I ordered grilled white fish and shrimp. The fish was a bit undercooked for my liking, and the shrimp was waaaay too salty.Other than the food not being too good, I was pleasantly surprised at the warm customer service that I received. The lady that took my order was extremely patient, helpful and nice. Once I got to the window, I continued to receive great service and attention, as there was a wait for fresh food. There was also a really nice young gentleman that asked if I needed any condiments and handed me my food.You all may not have gotten the food just right, but I definitely left there feeling better. The Mac and Cheese at this restaurant is fantastic, and the sides of green beans and hush puppies were delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff, including the cooks and cashier, were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. As someone new to Mobile, I am thrilled to have a Captain D's nearby - it's one of my favorites from Athens, Alabama.

We waited at the speaker for a few minutes without any greeting or acknowledgment. When we asked if they were open, we were told "?I?ll be with you in a minute ma?am." This lack of attention and professionalism made us decide to leave. The staff seemed rude and in need of training. It was especially disappointing considering there were only two cars in the drive-thru.

More than just a fast food joint, The Captain serves good food hot and fresh with a smile. The salmon dinner is delicious served on a bed of rice, two hot sides and a drink. I've become a frequent diner. After a rain, the entrance to the parking lot stays flooded and like all restaurants, they are experiencing staffing issues. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

hush puppies were so delicious! I am a nurse for older woman with dementia; we had lunch there; everything was delicious. we both enjoyed it very much!
