Always a fantastic experience! My only challenge when visiting is choosing a drink, as they are all incredible. One thing to mention, which applies to all Caribou locations, is that their drinks tend to be quite sweet. I usually opt for mine with half the flavors or chocolate and an extra shot of espresso. (Just in case you're not familiar with Caribou!)
waited 20 minutes for my drink... wasn't in their system? and then had to repeat my order like 6 times and then they made it wrong any way... and like weren't nice about it... even though I was pretty nice... like I wasn't trying to be a Karen about it ya know? just kinda rude and bad service.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I got my caramel cooler, which was great, but my bagel came without any cream cheese or butter—nothing at all! That's just poor service because they clearly didn't pay attention to my order.
The coffee, food, atmosphere, and staff are all exceptional. Although the prices are on par with other coffee shops, I wish they were a bit lower. Nevertheless, this will always be my go-to spot for a cup of coffee. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Refused service even though when we arrived the open sign was on, door was unlocked, and me and my kids had already walked in to get them a treat.
