Went in for a treat, but my change got mixed up. I would like to add that my order and my friend's order was the wrong drink! I order a lemon pom sparkling iced tea (with no ice). I received a drink with ice and a comment I didn't see a memeo . Although I was willing to wait because ice hurts my sensitive teeth they told me it would be a 5-7 min wait so, so I decided to leave with my maid drink. My friend got a hot drink instead of a blended drink, even though she ordered a blended. I love Caribou coffee I'll always return, but I'm not sure if I can come here again. Hope they improve I'm not mad just a little distraught.(Logan was a great employee, even though some others weren't)
The Caribou on Penn Avenue is my favorite location, largely due to the wonderful and amazing staff. I've never encountered a more fantastic team of baristas who genuinely care about their customers and the community they serve. They always remember how my husband and I like our coffee and bring so much joy to our visits. The manager and her team maintain a perfect balance, and I wish we could experience such exceptional customer service everywhere. Kudos to everyone working at this location! We keep coming back regularly because we love the welcoming atmosphere they provide. Thank you!
This is by far one of my favorite places to start the beginning of each work day. Service at this location is prompt, courteous, and efficient despite high customer traffic each morning. No matter who is working or at what time of the day, you are always greeted with a smile and treated in a friendly manner. Out of all Caribou Coffee locations, this is by far one of the best in the area. I would like to acknowledge Kayla and Camelle for exceptional service. The people at this location are just as superb as the coffee! Try it out if you happen to be in the area.

Typically, this is a very welcoming place. However, this morning the staff member who checked me in seemed bothered by my presence. There was no friendly greeting, and I didn’t receive a thank you when my order was ready. I plan to return, hoping this was just a one-off experience. On a positive note, Caribou reached out to me and addressed my feedback. I appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. I visited again today (January 10) and the service was fantastic. I’ll leave it at that. Thank you.
Normally this a very friendly store. This morning however the gal was checking in an order and acted like I was a nuisance. No friendly greeting. Barely a thank you when order was ready. I will go back because this was a one time thing I hope. Additional note...Caribou was in touch with me and looked into my comments. I so appreciate their quick response and great customer service. I was there today (Jan 10). Service was great. I will continue to stop at this location. Thank you!
I like that there 's usually parking available in the lot. It 's a great location, within walking distance of almost anything you need (but I suppose that 's just how Uptown is). Also, I appreciate that 'Bou usually responds to these reviews. This 'Bou also has great seating, great atmosphere, and cool Minnesota art stuff. As a result, in retrospect, I 'm changing my review from four to five stars. A+
I have ordered multiple times a matcha vanilla tea latte and everything I get it, I swear there is no vanilla in it. Most of it is mostly foam I should get more drink with an xl not more foam. This location is the closest to my work and I go here all the time, I wish I could get the drink I like and get what I order and be able to enjoy it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Located in Lund and Byerly's, this coffee shop offers excellent coffee and has incredibly friendly staff. The space is spotless, making it a pleasant place to visit. You'll find many locals enjoying their time here, giving it a lively and friendly atmosphere. However, it could benefit from having more power outlets available.
