I've had bad customer services here, so I usually avoid this place even from my house. but tonight I went after work after I found out her drive is open 24 hours. The lady who worked drive thru was super nice and helpful, the honest really shocked me cuz I never had an employee really great with customers at this point (what is why I didn't here in over 6 months) but this made me want to try back to this place in the hope that they hire better workers. Really great work tonight it was super appreciated really comfortable hours too!
Last couple weekends I'm here to get my loaded breakfast Burrito, and it was amazing as always. I just want to point out this time the extraordinary service that I received from a Hispanic lady and I think an Asian guy I wish I thought her name. I usually do not write reviews because of the lack of time, but this consistent great service made me go ahead and say thank you guys! Go on!
Customer service is exceptional here. No matter who you are, what you look like, or how much money you have to spend you are greated just the same as yhe next. I have never felt so welcomed at any fast food restaurant like I was here. Everytime you will be greeted by a very knowledgeable outgoing staff member. Thanks!
It is open 24 hours I like, and also not so crowded in the night for the ride thru. Just what I can say that I don't like depends on what you order you have to drag you into the parking lot if your order is not done, even if the line is empty.
