I unfortunately was victim to this horrendous establishment. Stay away at all cost. The food is pure poison and shouldn't even be eaten by your worst enemy. But wait! The customer service tops it all. I'm convinced the cheap owner hires folks clinically diagnosed with brain damage. Everyone there lacks common sense and are just plain ignorant. Long story short this place needs to disappear off the face of this earth along with the people who work there!
I ordered the Three-Piece Tender meal, but unfortunately, the tenders were overcooked and tough to chew. They looked more like chicken nuggets than actual tenders. I've had better experiences here before, so today was quite disappointing. With inflation on the rise, I believe we deserve higher-quality food for the prices we're paying.
The service was incredibly rude. An employee handed me a drink with the lid only partially secured, and when it spilled all over my car, he simply walked away. We had to shout for napkins. After he brought us our food, I tried to confirm whether it was both orders, but he walked away while I was still talking.
It's a pleasure to go into a hamburger restaurant and get a fresh hamburger. Carl's junior serves fresh hamburgers that are run through a grill and they don't sit in a warming bin, their fresh, I like them. And there are new menu Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restrooms were extremely dirty. The staff really needs to clean them and get a plumber in. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks! We will not be coming back!
The fish sandwich here is quite good, especially considering that their main competitor's sandwich has been affected by shrinkflation.
