Awesome experience. I'm a commercial driver and obviously my 13'6 truck won't fit through a 9' max drive thru so I have to walk up to the window to order at fast food places. Usually the employees are okay with this and sometimes I get turned away, which AMAZES me... This location made me feel very welcome with my unique situation, let me order at the window while on foot and made all my food hot and fresh which was super super awesome. Even said I was always welcome at that location with my big truck, definitely earned my business every time I have a delivery in Santa Fe Springs. 5 years in fast food service myself, 3 as a closing manager and the GM of this store should be super proud of th...
Went today 6/30/21 for my lunch hour, I always order my fav which is the Chicken Club in a lettuce wrap. When I get to my destination to eat it and take a bite and it was not only not what I ordered but it was salty and dry, slopped with so much Mayo. I called to complain about the burger having too much salt and being bland. Someone answered and ?didn?t hear me? so I hung up to call back and conveniently the line was busy and I called 5 times and the line was still ?busy? simply horrible. I liked this place until today. So disappointed.
Ordered the original $6.00 burger for lunch today, the quality of this burger place wasn't there. The taste was bland for some reason, looked like something was missing with this hamburger. I ate at this place before, but this time the quality wasn't there at all. The place was clean and organized,but the food was not good enough.
They always get my order wrong. This time I brought it back because what I got wasn't a jalapeno burger and it had ketchup on it... the second attempt at the jalapeno burger was still sad. The southwest sauce or whatever they put on it was about 1 teaspoon or less on the bottom side and the top was dry.
Utilized the drive thru for a quick lunch. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Salvador really stood out for taking the time to engage. He was knowledgeable about their beyond burgers (not impossible burgers) and was also very professional. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
Food quality was horrible. Never received my receipt. When I asked about the portion of the sides. They responded ?it?s suppose to be like that?. Won?t be coming back at least to this location.
Salvador was very nice and funny, brought my food out fresh and returned my card i drove off without- totally makes up for only getting 2 out of the 4 ranch i requested :
Salvador was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable of menu and deals. Such a good quality of service I have not seen in a while.
Went in around 10 40am. And Salvador was a pleasure to take my order with super sweet and friendly will definitely come more here :
