I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. As a commercial driver, my 13'6" truck can't fit through the 9' max drive-thru, so I usually have to place my order at the window. Most of the time, the staff is decent, but occasionally I have to make some adjustments. However, this location truly welcomed my situation; they allowed me to place my order at the window while I was walking over, and my food was served hot and fresh. It was a brilliant experience! They even reassured me that I’m always welcome with my big truck. I will definitely come back every time I deliver to Santa Fe Springs. The slowest in-person service I’ve ever experienced! I decided to go inside because the drive-thru line was so long, and there was only one other customer inside. I placed an order for a chicken sandwich and a breakfast burger. Surprisingly, a guy who came in after me received his food before both myself and the other lady waiting. Meanwhile, cars in the drive-thru continued to get their orders filled, and I still hadn’t received mine. When I asked how much longer it would be, the staff member reacted defensively. Seriously? There were only two customers with small orders inside! It took over 15 minutes, and when I left, the lady ahead of me was still waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable...
Utilized the drive thru for a quick lunch. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Salvador really stood out for taking the time to engage. He was knowledgeable about their beyond burgers (not impossible burgers) and was also very professional. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
I arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be open until 2 AM, as stated, but it was closed. I felt it was a waste of time to drive all the way here. The woman at the drive-thru seemed very high and it took an unusually long time to receive our order. We had to wait off to the side with other cars while her coworker took a bathroom break.
Salvador was very nice and funny, brought my food out fresh and returned my card i drove off without- totally makes up for only getting 2 out of the 4 ranch i requested :
Salvador was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable of menu and deals. Such a good quality of service I have not seen in a while.
