I always try to support veteran owned business. But the prices of this canteen seem to be somewhat high for the items on the menu. Can't justify twelve dollar tater tots or eighteen dollar salads. The food here is decent but the price is not. The beer is cold and average priced for area. They do not play any hip hop, rap or spanish music. This is not that type of place. Only two waitress for like 20 to 40 guests is not enough. If your an E-5 and below this canteen, might put a dent on that libo money devil dogs. Might need a few port o potty's to alleviate some congestion around the head. Stay safe , killers.
we went today and included there were 3 tables sitting and we waited 15 minutes to get our drink from the bar. then we ordered a chicken sandwich that was $20 and was so disappointed when it came dark and fried. the worst part paid $20 for a chicken sandwich and they use upper leg meat instead of chicken breast. the sauce on the chicken sandwich was great, but I think the perpetrators were the best we had. at the end we sat for another 15 minutes after our work and had to ask for our examination. that we don't mind if they were busy, but as I said, there were 3 tables we wouldn't come back. My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for brunch and it was delicious. There wasn't much of a wait and they had indoor and outdoor seating options. The food was really good, especially the chilaquiles and breakfast tacos. The only downside was that the chilaquiles didn't come with meat because they didn't have any, which was disappointing. But overall, it was a good experience. We also tried the loaded Mac and cheese, which was amazing.
we were there in a next hour, so the place was quiet. the waitress was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable and all her suggestions were enormous. I enjoyed my rib tips and her fries (ask for extra crispy) and her wings were also good. and I had her signature beer on tap, that was nice, but I can't remember the names. If I'm ever in the opposite again, I'll enjoy her farewell.
Pretty disappointed. We went for lunch today at noon. We were given a brunch menu and when we inquired where the lunch menu was we were told this is the menu until 3pm. Delicious food! Burgers, chicken and tacos were all very good. Drinks were also great! Great prices! Great service! If I were closer, that would definitely be a place I would visit very often! Love it's veteran too!
